Habitats Packaged Homes and Design is proud to provide this technology to the north state.  We specialize in sales and distribution for Pacific Modern Homes Inc. (PMHI) which is a panelized homes manufacturer in Elk Grove, California.  This company has been in business since 1968, and prides itself on having the most state of the art equipment, and manufacturing facility. Our home packages offer in house home designs, and engineered plans, or we can help you design your own.  At time of delivery you receive a complete panelized structure built with 2 X 4 or 2 X 6 kiln dried lumber, vapor barrier, exterior sheathing installed, windows installed, trusses and roof sheathing.  An average kit home can be erected weather tight, in as little as a week. This is nearly impossible with traditional framing methods.
